What is a Virtual PA?

A Virtual PA is a self-employed professional business services operator providing any type of admin support service you require on a remote basis from their own office, using their own equipment and software.

What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant?

When are they available?

We are available 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day if required. At a time that suits you and for the length of time you require.

How do I pay for my services?

Payment for services can be made bu Direct Deposit, Credit Card (MC/Visa), Cheque or COD. Direct Deposit or Credit Card payment is our preferred payment method.

When will I be invoiced for services?

Invoices are sent on Friday prior to COB each week. For large jobs, a 50% deposit may be required.

Are there lock in contracts?

We do not believe in locking our customers into contracts. We have a service agreement that is used to cover our legal requirements, however if you decide that you just don't require our services anymore, simply let us know in writing and we can terminate our agreement. We would ask that work to date charges be settled on termination.
