Should you wish to use the services of Your Virtual PA, our hourly rate starts at $45 per hr + gst for administration services.

Retainer Packages

If you are a business requiring an all in one solution for your business, we have Business Management Retainer Packages available that give your business the convenience of an on call Virtual Assistant, available for a set number of hours per week. We guarantee to be available for your administration needs for those hours.

We have three convenient packages to choose from:

1. Starter Package
- 5 hrs administration support
- access to Central Desktop - online database and team collaboration
- dedicated phone line and voicemail service
- Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am - 5.00pm M to F

COST $290 inc gst per week

2. Silver Package
- 10 hrs administration support
- access to central desktop - online database and team collaboration
- dedicated phone line and voicemail service
- Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am - 5.00pm M to F

COST $580 inc gst per week

3. Platinum Package
- 15 hrs administration support
- access to central desktop - online database and team collaboration
- dedicated phone line and voicemail service
- Virtual Receptionist available 9.00am - 5.00pm M to F

COST $1160 inc gst per week

By working within a Retainer package, it allows us to become an integral partner with your business, being able to manage our time to be able to guarantee our availability for the hours you need for your business administration. By developing an ongoing partnership with you and your business, helping you to reach goals, meet deadlines and stay on top of it all.

Retainer Guidelines

Retainer Fees are to be paid on a weekly basis
- A weekly timesheet will be provided with your invoice
- We offer convenient automatic credit card payment of your invoice (Mastercard or Visa)
- On signing up for a retainer package, we require a minimum 1 month committment from you
- Unused hours DO NOT roll-over to the next period
- Once your hours are used up, you will be notified prior to completing any more work
